Sean Kilpatrick is the second highest scorer in UC's history with 2000+ points. Kilpatrick was named an all american his senior year. Sean Kilpatrick also lead the Bearcats to a share of the American Athletic conference title.
Sean Kilpatrick freshman year won Rookie of the week two times (11/22/10 and 2/14/11). Kilpatrick also was awarded Big East All-Rookie Team selection.
Sean Kilpatrick made second team All-Big East selection, and Big East player of the week (1/2/12).
Kilpatrick was given Big East player of the week (1/21/13). He was also given Naismith Award Top 30 selection, and is one of 11 UC players to reach 1400 points in first three years. Kilpatrick was also a John Wooden Midseason Top 25 selection.
Kilpatrick was awarded first team all AAC player, multiple AAC player of the weeks, and led the AAC in scoring his senior year with over 20ppg.
Sean Kilpatrick was selected for the 2013 Men's World University Games. Kilpatrick was one of 12 collegiate players picked for the team in the summer of 2013. Sean Kilpatrick joined Eric Hicks (2005), Kenyon Martin (1999), and Pete Mickeal (1999) as one of four UC players to have the honor of playing for the US team at the World University Games
