Griffith Park is a 4,000-acre natural playground of hills and valleys, draped with native oak trees, and sage and crisscrossed by hiking and horseback trails. Today, the park is filled with picnic areas, golf courses and tennis courts.

Also the beaches are outstanding in Los Angeles. Ranging from sandy white to breathtaking cliffs, Los Angeles’ 33 public beaches along its 75 miles of coastline are any beach lover’s delight. Santa Monica Beach features wide beaches withits own pier, filled with amusement rides and games. At the entrance of the pier, The Lobster restaurant offers fine dining overlooking the waves.
