Nippert Stadium

The bengals played at nippert due to not having a stadium, and was later approved by the city to make riverfront. This stadium held 31,301 people.


The highest recorded attendance for this stadium was 28,642 people. This was on September 29th 1968 when the San Diego Chargers beat the Cincinnati Bengals 31 to 0. The Bengals first touchdown in this stadium and their first touchdown in general  was a pass thrown by John Stofa to Bob Trumpy.
