Jason Maxiell

Jason Maxiell played four years at UC from the 2000-2001 season to the 2004-2005 season. Maxiell was undersized for his position of Power Forward at only 6'7", but he made up for that with his incredible athleticism. Maxiell was a dynamic defensive player at UC, as his incredible post D led him to become one of the best shot-blockers in UC history. Maxiell also could score in the post, which made him one of the best Power Forwards in bearcat history. Maxiell was even drafted in the first round of the 2006 NBA draft, and he is still currently in the pros. He is a great role player and rebounder in the post, which has allowed him to play 9 seasons in the NBA.
