About the Children
Sponsored, fostered or adopt a child. These children will get the opportunity to go to school and develop their skills. Poor children in developing countries can not afford their uniform, supplies and extra fees that are required for school.
When a child is removed from their parents becuse of abuse or negligence, that child is put in a foster home. Unless they have relatives. Eventually, the goal is for the child to be adopted.
Life is full of wonderful memories, why not share that with a child and give them a chance to be happy?
Nearly one third of U.S. children live in households with an income of less than or equal to $31,000 a year. Poverty causes children to miss out on their childhood. Poverty deprives them of the skills that are needed to learn, survive and thrive. Children become more vulnerable to exploitation, abuse, violence and discrimination when they live in poverty.
