Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

-1 avocado

-salt

-2 slices of bread

-toaster

Directions

1.Toast two slices of bread for about 4-5 minutes

2.Slice and cut up avocado

3.Spread cut up pieces of avocado

4.Lastly sprinkle a bit of salt to your desire and enjoy

 

Kale Chips

Ingredients:

-1 bunch of kale

-1 tablespoon of olive oil

-1 teaspoon of seasoned salt

-parchment paper

Directions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Then line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2.With a knife carefully remove the leaves from the stem and cut them into smaller bite size pieces.

3.Wash and dry kale

4.Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle seasoned salt

5.Bake until the edges turn brown(10-15 minutes)

 

Nachos

Ingredients:

-5 cups of tortilla chips

-1 lb of extra lean ground beef

-1 can of chopped green chiles

-1 package of taco seasoning

-2 chopped tomatoes

-2 medium green onions

-2 cups of desired cheese

Directions

1.Heat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit

2.Line 12 inch pizza pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Spread half of chips evenly on pan and then set aside.

3.In an 8-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the beef turns brown then drain.

4. Stir in the taco seasoning mix and green chilies. Then cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.

5.Put half of the beef mixture on chips. Next, top with other toppings.

6. Repeat the layers ending with cheese.

7.Bake for 10 to 12 or until the cheese melts.
